RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Returns must be logged within 7 days of item being delivered. If 7 days have lapsed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Items purchased at a pop-up store: electric scooters purchased at a pop-up store, are eligible ONLY for exchanges at the pop-up store and ONLY for the duration of the pop-up store. No electric scooters will be exchanged thereafter. An original receipt will be required.
Items purchased at a market or expo: all items that were bought at a market or expo, are eligible ONLY for exchanges at the market and expo and ONLY for the duration of the market or expo. No items will be exchanged thereafter. An original receipt will be required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return was received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will request your banking details and an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be done to your bank account, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the afore-mentioned and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by sending an email to info@e-scooterssa.co.za

Return/Refund/Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you request the item to be collected for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, there will be an additional charge incurred should you opt for us to collect the item from you.
